I'm Sarah, a Reiki Master with over 32 years of experience in energy work and holistic healing, and the founder of Moments of Calm.

Through years of treating, teaching and supporting others, I've seen how deeply people long for calm in a world that rarely slows down. Moments of Calm grew from a simple ritual in my own home: blending natural essential oils and infusing each bottle with Reiki and intention.

What began as a gift for my clients after their sessions soon became something more, as friends, family, wellness practitioners and salons began asking for them too.
